The new Lancet Breastfeeding Series is the largest and most comprehensive analysis to quantify levels, trends, and benefits of breastfeeding around the world. The Series revealed that breastfeeding has substantial benefits for individuals and nations, and can help drive progress toward achieving many of the Sustainable Development Goals by 2030. Alive & Thrive recently collaborated with UNICEF and the Government of Indonesia to highlight the findings of the Lancet Series at a national event.
